The Ether Thought Landlord Tenant Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship aimed at supporting students whose primary guardian is currently renting from ETPM. To qualify for this scholarship, the guardian must have been renting for three consecutive years prior to the student's application for the ETPM scholarship. Scholarship recipients are required to maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. The scholarship funds will be disbursed upon successful enrollment and registration for the fall semester of 2025, and should be allocated for books and other essential utilities. Additionally, the student must submit a written essay along with a bio. In this essay, students should discuss the significance of affordable housing and outline their plans to address this issue in their future endeavors. For inquiries or to submit essays, please contact us at ContactUs@etpropertymgmt.com. This initiative is part of our commitment to providing landlord tenant scholarships and enhancing property management funding opportunities.
